In 2018, the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) instituted new procedures for Registered Accessibility Specialists that require significantly more administrative work for our staff. Furthermore, the costs of inspection travel have increased as well. We have made every effort to keep our costs low, but unfortunately increasing our fees is necessary in order to continue to maintain the exemplary service we strive to provide.

e c d was founded in 1995 offering Accessibility Plan Review, Site Inspection and Consulting Services for the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Since opening, over 11,000 projects have been reviewed for compliance with TAS. ECD has provided accessibility consulting services for a variety of projects including: medical facilities such as clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities and assisted living facilities; government buildings such as courthouses and police stations; airports; educational facilities such as universities, community colleges, trade schools, K-12 public and private schools; and commercial facilities including office, retail, warehouse, car dealerships, equipment/automotive repair, etc.
