Our fees are based on construction cost as well as Location

If you would like a Fee Proposal for TDLR / TAS Services, please send an email request to todd@ecd-design.com. Please provide the following information:
1. Estimated Project Construction Cost
2. Project Location / City
3. General Description of Scope of Work (ex: Interior Finish-Out, New Ground-Up Construction, etc.) and Type of Project (ex: Retail Tenant Space, Medical Office Building, Classroom Addition, etc.)
